Phil is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oak Coast Properties and Oak Coast Property Management. Prior to joining OCP, Phil was a Principal at Heslin Becker Properties for nine years, where he invested in more than $150 million of retail real estate portfolios and ground up construction projects across the Western United States. Since founding Oak Coast Properties, Phil has led the investment and management of over $750 million of multi-family and hospitality properties. Phil earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

Matt is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oak Coast Properties. Prior to starting at OCP, Matt was Founder and CEO of Heslin Holdings and Heslin Becker Properties, where he led both companies in acquisition, development and disposition of over $250 million of retail real estate. Prior to that, Matt served as an Officer and Corporate Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management for Smart and Final. Matt is heavily involved with many non-profit organizations, including Communities in Schools of Miami, Inc., Food for the Poor and Christian Foundation for Children and Aging. Matt earned his B.A. from San Diego University.
Roy is a Principal at Oak Coast Properties. Prior to joining OCP, he was as an auditor for KPMG and also spent several years working in the investment banking groups at Jefferies & Company and Cappello Capital, where he closed over $600 million in equity, debt and M&A deals. Most recently, Roy was responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management at KCB Real Estate Management, a private equity fund, helping acquire over $170 million in real estate assets and managing over $900 million of portfolio properties ranging from multi-family, skilled nursing facilities, hotels, offices and retail. He has helped acquire and manage over 10,000 multi-family units. Roy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and Financial Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Arielle Kim is a Vice President at Oak Coast Properties. Since joining OCP in 2014, Arielle facilitated over $500 million in acquisitions, sales and refinances of multi-family and hospitality assets. Additionally, Arielle manages and oversees OCP’s portfolio assets with her responsibilities ranging from operations management to investor relations. Prior to OCP, Arielle worked at investment banking groups, including Cappello Capital and Ocean Park Advisors, where she was involved in capital raises for private multi-family real estate funds, NPA portfolio dispositions by national banks, as well as the restructuring and subsequent $100 million sale of one of the nation’s largest bio refineries. Academically, Arielle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
